Green Arrow vs Wolverine? >
Chicago Dan replied: "I'd have to go with GA on this one. At first. GA has a long distance weapon and he never misses. He would take out Wolverine in one shot while he was 100 yards away. Then, Wolverines healing factor kicks in and Green Arrow is F'd when W gets in close."

SABADO GIGANTE replied: "What you must be Smokin' to even ask this question Wolverine all the way!!!! Green Arrow is one of the weakest characters in DC!!! Also I disagree with the guy a couple of spots below me. Green Arrow would never get the drop on Wolverine because in addition to his Adamintium skeleton an item Green Arrow's.. ugh Arrows would not be able to penetrate rendering him ineffective and useless. (Never mind Wolvie's healing factor) Wolverine also has the greatest sense of smell in comics the guy has a nose like a blood hound!!! (Thus no distance advantage for GA) He would smell green arrow a mile away. Once again Wolverine wins nuff said!!!"

SteveA8 replied: "Wolverine, GA doesn't have any actual power, just awesome with a bow. Wolverines healing factor, reflexes, strength, speed, etc makes him too much for a bow slinger to handle"

vammeejdeploy replied: "GA is a very underrated character in the DCU. Wolverine is kinda overrated especially lately. This is a very odd matchup. I agree with the other answerers that GA would have an advantage at a distance, and Wolvie up close. SO it all comes down to situation. If GA was set up to take down Wolverine, he could set in an observation point, and wait for Wolverine to pass by. Using one of his many special arrows, GA could effectively subdue Logan, long enough to imprison him or whatever his goal was. If by chance, Logan was aware of GA's intent to take him out, he would be able to evade GA's attack, and bring the fight up close where GA would have no advantage, and would fall prey to Wolverine's claws."

patrick t replied: "I would also have to go with Wolverine on this one, in recent issues, he's fallen from several miles in the air, blown up at ground zero by Nitro, had most of his neck sliced through. I think they have taken his healing factor WAY too far. Though resourceful, nothing in Green Arrow's quiver can match the above listed damage, he would hurt him at a distance, but Wolverine wouldn't stay at arrow's length for long. I don't think anyone thinks Oliver would last long at close range against Logan. A better match up would be TaskMaster v/s DeathStroke."

giant_68102 replied: "if he strikes from a distance id say GA but he would have to use one of the trick arrows like the knockout gass arrow."

yellow_tofu replied: "i dontthink GA can even do harm to Wolv. In WWH, wolv got ripped in half and his healthing factor kept in alive until he put him self back together. wolv also have super human agility, and endurence, and highten senses. Not to mention that is if actually very very old and has ton of fighting exp. do to his healthing factor.. GA is just some douche with a bow and arrow."

♥bumblebe wants a pony w/wings ♥ replied: "He's sexy. He used to play on a soap called passions. I only watched for him."

Raven *aka* Cuervo LoJIXX replied: "T.o.D. Of course!!!.. he is HOT!!.. my 4th Cousin!!.. its in the blood!! .. dont even bother asking for his... ..you know.... *wink*"

What Superhero's do you think should appear on Batman the Brave and the Bold Season 2? That is if there is a season two, I figure it's Batman so there will be. Any hero's I would like to see Appear is Super girl, cause Batman doesn't like her, and thinks she is a nightmare. The Question since he works a lot with Batman and Green Arrow. Zatanna - she also lives in Gothem. Those would be my 3 picks. But What Superhero or Superhero's would you like to see added to Batman the Brave and the Bold for next season? Here's the link to the list of Hero's Appearing in Season 1.>
A B replied: "Astro Boy"

mandy_010 replied: "Black Orchid. She was from long ago (1940s) but I don't think she had any superpowers, so it would be a better match for him than the others. Although I really, really enjoyed seeing Plas. His abilities shone without once putting Batman on the side."

Am I Guilty of Running a Red Light? Okay, first off let me tell you all what happened. I was making a right turn on a red light. I didn't completely stop, but I did yield before I turned. I guess you can say I did a rolling stop. Anyways, the lane I was taking a right in had their left turn light on, and in the lane that was taking a left turn, the intersection forbids drivers to do a u-turn. Which means I had a protected right turn, despite the lack of a green turn arrow indicating otherwise. Anyways, I found the law, it can be found on the following link. I'm not sure if my interpretation of the law is correct, but from what I read, as long as I yield to pedestrians and oncoming traffic what I did was legal. Since there were no pedestrians and my right turn was an obvious protected turn, am I guilty? I don't think so. What I'm asking is am I guilty? And is my interpretation of the law wrong?

Shoot-em-All replied: "If you ask me, I'd say not guilty because what was hurt? But if you try to explain to a judge or cop, you will be guilty. Its as though they both have a stake in the money the fine costs you."

Rick R replied: "You answered your own question in the beginning. "I didnt completely stop." If the light was red, you must come to a complete stop, then proceed when safe(when turning right)."

Adrianna_LS replied: "from what i usually hear, if you do a "rolling stop" its not considered a stop or a yield. so your probably going to have to pay the fine"

individualist replied: ""a driver, after stopping as required by subdivision (a), facing a steady circular red signal, may turn right" You have to stop. A rolling stop is not a stop. CVC 21453(b)."

James S replied: "You can make a right on red, but first you have to come to a stop. I don't know how "stop" is defined in California, but in my state it is defined as "complete cessation of movement". If you "stop" and then turn right on red, and cause a collision as a result, the offense is ordinarily not "failure to obey traffic control device" but is a different "failure to yield the right away" offense. In my state if you are charged with a red light violation you have nothing to lose by asking for a jury trial and giving it your best shot."

jim_n_ruth replied: "Right turn on red must stop completely first. Yes, you went through a red light. I see that situation you described all the time too. So, you're not alone. The right turn on a red light is a privilege, not a right. That privilege has a condition that motorists must come to a complete stop. Sorry. He's got you dead to legal rights. You are guilty of failing to stop for a red light. It is a violation that usually carries points as well."

peanuthead replied: "Just wait till they install the cameras and you don't get a say!!!!!! Legal, illeagl, doesn't matter. Cameras don't note if you stopped first and then went.....trust me....it's a nightmare here. 250 bucks for the ticket....500 to fight it. So even if you're innocent.....still costs. You will be guilty till you are proved innocent. And you pay dearly to prove it."

Gray Wanderer replied: "(b) Except when a sign is in place prohibiting a turn, a driver, after stopping as required by subdivision (a), facing a steady circular red signal, may turn right, or turn left from a one-way street onto a one-way street. A driver making that turn shall yield the right-of-way to pedestrians lawfully within an adjacent crosswalk and to any vehicle that has approached or is approaching so closely as to constitute an immediate hazard to the driver, and shall continue to yield the right-of-way to that vehicle until the driver can proceed with reasonable safety. Note words number 13 and 14, "after stopping". you admit that you didn't stop, so you ran the red light, no question about it, your confession is right there, "I didn't completely stop"."

CGIV76 replied: "Yes you're guilty, and you just admitted it. The vehicle must come to a complete stop. That means no forward motion, or rocking. Red light means stop."

MSAD replied: "There is no such thing as "a rolling stop". You have to come to a complete stop. Then proceed with your right on red. Coming to "a rolling stop" and continuing forward is just running a red light at slow speed."
