Hello, and welcome to Mrazzle Dazzle, a fan site and a reference for the singing and songwriting god that is Jason Mraz. Whether you've known of him since he poured his heart out in coffee houses in San Diego, fell in love when you heard "The Remedy" on the radio for the first time, or simply wonder where he came from since "I'm Yours" came out, all Mraz fans are welcome here.

What the eff, Freewhost?
What is this "Mrazzle Dazzle all of a sudden has ads" nonsense? That's basically the only reason I hosted my web site here...free with no annoying advertisements. Then, all of a sudden, I give Mrazzle Dazzle a check and see ADS. Not only ads, but ads that make my layout look all funny.
I checked Freewhost's home page, seeing if they changed their policy, but it still says there that every account has NO FORCED ADS. This makes me a very sad panda.
I'm going to attempt to get ahold of tech support for an explanation, but they're not as easy to get in touch with as I would like them to be. I'll have to figure out a layout that compliments these ads, and then search for a new host.
This is totally lame, you guys!

A little, tiny bit last minute, but Jason is going to appear on the Stand Up for Cancer show:
Most of you know how closely cancer has touched Jason when his best childhood friend, Charlie, was diagnosed 7 years ago. The experience was the inspiration for his song "The Remedy" and we've heard from thousands of fans who have been lifted from their personal struggles with cancer by "The Remedy".
Jason joins Melissa Etheridge and many others tomorrow night performing on the 'Stand Up To Cancer' show at 8pm EST. The show will be broadcast on the ABC, CBS and NBC networks simultaneously and hosted by Melissa Etheridge.
As someone who has lost two grandparents to cancer, along with an extended family history of the disease, I (and the many people who have been affected by a loved one) appreciate Jason and the other celebrities reliving their personal experiences and fighting to find a cure.
For more info on the cause, visit their website here.

I've finally set up a tour page. It includes all of the dates, locations, and venues Jason will be playing in between October 5th and December 5th on his North American tour. It also includes a tour tracker, a fun little way to follow Jason around the U.S. of A. You can find all of this at the music section of the site.

Throughout a dramatic drop to #19 on VH1's Top 20 Video Countdown, a recent blog update, and a tour announcement...I have been mysteriously absent! Sorry, guys! Personal webmistressy stuff.
To make it up to y'alls, I am going to post a tour page, which includes all of Jason's planned US tour dates and links so you can buy tickets (if there are still any good ones available.) I'm also going to include a "tour tracker," which pretty much will consist of a little tour bus getting dragged around a map of the United States. Squee! Can't wait!
And I should probably update other areas of the site, too...whatever happened to that concept?...
This isn't so much an update of substance, but an update to show you all that I'm not dead.

Do you remember that performance from PopEater of "Make it Mine" that I posted a little while ago? The complete concert just went online. (Thanks again to Rae for the tip!) If you don't have the opportunity to see Jason live this year on his US tour, you can watch this while holding a cardboard sign that says "I Heart Mraz" on it, screaming "MARRY ME, JASON!" at your computer screen.
